Open a folder with pics. Now left click one pic and move it around and see if you can put it between two different pics.

i dont have windows7 on this machine. but I set up a new laptop for my parents 2 weeks ago, and I was dragging and dropping mp3's all over the place as i ripped them for them...

Turn off auto-sorting by name.

There is no turn off. The desktop is the only place you can manually rearrange things.

Right click in an empty space. Select the "Sort By" or "Group By" menu, as desired, and go to town.

... or hit the "ALT" key and watch an additional menu magically appear.

People who will argue with you instead of just saying, "I dont' know.."

The gf took over 3 hours to dry a load of laundry. I asked her 4 times if it was on delicate. She said no every time. I go down to the laundry room, dryer is on delicate... And then I'm the asshole for telling her she screwed up.

This happens in my house regularly, but I always laugh when he points out that I am, in fact, the moron in each scenario.
