Honestly I can't fathom my life without my dogs.

I missed them the most when I was in England for 2 years. I could talk to everyone else, but I couldn't talk to them. I go home and have a cuddle with them every single day. I can honestly say I love them.

I know people will think I'm weird for this. I don't care.

eh, its not a fascination, but filling a need. if we are to have robots roaming free in a world built in, around and for humans, then the robots have to be able to function in that world, and hence resemble and move like us.

better examples would have been ships, or disney / pixar movies etc etc

There is nothing wrong or weird to have strong attachments to animals. There is a special bond between an owner and their pet. I just don't think it is the same type of bond that is possible between human family members.

Not me ! My dog is the only "thing" that I truly love at this time... At least for now anyway,
