Ps3. First time thats ever happened. Just finished taking out the swcond graveyeard.

Game just freezes up when I go to the Nun. Just finished the mission were I had to clear out a grave yard for her. Also it's having trouble loading some of the graphics. Guess I'll have to email playstation store and see if I can get a re-download.

Do you have a phat or a slim? If you have an old style phat, does the fan seem to be running higher than usual? Random lockups are an early sign of an overheat based YLOD. Easy fix though

I got a phaty. I hardly ever use my ps3. I'll try it again sometime today. If it happens again, I'm gonna open her up and replace the TIM. I'm also going to look at the fans wiring and see if I can splice in a speed control knob. Drives me insane to hear the fan turn on/off all the time. I hate thermal controlled fans. They wait till it's hot as shit, then turn on just to drop the temp a little, then back to sloooow speed.

The stock thermal compound is garbage. It runs MUCH cooler with aftermarket stuff
