No I didn't have that "privilege" I was in a unit that was doing "Chapparal 2" weapons testing complete with an "eye on target' aiming system. Of course, I got to train a bunch of Krauts how to fire the Stinger system ( I speak almost fluent German, if you didn't know) and I did basic training/AIT with one of the first Patriot missile groups...lots of chicks w00t!

Heck, I was there when they took my beloved jeep away and gave me a CUCV...

Then they brought in the Hummers...

ahh i love the old cucv. literally grew up around those things. fucking gutless but i still wouldnt mind owning one...if it was free
