We generally try and stop traffic but for the most part yes they are open. And yes there is passing on the double yellow, although the corner isnt as blind as the video seems, you can easily see oncoming traffic for a distance on those 2 runs. Yup the foot got pretty caught in the steering wheel, I'm going to redo the bodywork to give me more room and less places to get cought during the winter break.
The shifter cart tires are great, except for one problem, they need to be heated before they really stick, without heat they are pretty slippery. I'm looking at either lengthening the car, going with dualies in the back, or the rubbed tires which seem to work well. And the camera definately held up well, better than the one taht was mounted on the roll bar, that one had its screen break, and the memory card somehow shifted inside the housing and wont eject.
