I would think you need to do cardio and drop fat before you work on abs.

working on abs right now will only push out your gut harold. muscle is below the fat and you are attempting to grow the muscle.

there is no such thing as "spot" fat burning.

no, our video plugin does not require any tags whatsoever for any videos you post on the site. Just copy/paste the video link.

along with running and other effective exercises it will help me bring the weight down, I never said thats all I was going to do! plus did you even see the youtube video, WTF... right I'm going to jump right in and do it,

you're welcome Harold. Like I said, start off slow..less then 10 reps per exercise and only 2-3 days a week. Keep up with the cardio and eventually you'll be able to do the 25 reps of each thing....it's fucking murder!!
