Weird, can't imagine what terms that picture would violate. It was a sign that said HIKERS and BIKERS move to the side of the road when a vehicle is approaching (or something close enough to it). And the side of the road was about a 6 foot patch of grass littered with alligators, then water. Which I'm sure was safe.
