Me too! My Rotel pre-amp finally gave up the ghost and I'm looking myself. If I see anything spectacular, I'll let you know!!! I can't make up my mind if I just want to replace it and my 5 channel amp with a rec. or get this old dog repaired.

SOLD! Seriously, bro I'll take it if it works to get me through until I figure out what I want to do with this...

Ok it's yours. If you are coming to GR anytime soon, you can pick it up and save on the shipping. Otherwise, I'll get a shipping quote and PM you a price. Zip code?

I can't afford anything right now but I'm curious, why? What were the key benefits? Oh and cost?

thats a whole different level. i have no need for a pre amp, and dont have the spare cash to piss away on something like that. pretty though.
why do you want/own a pre amp?

Just FYI, I don't think they are an authorized Denon retailer. If you have a problem Denon says their warranty will not be valid. That being said I have bought electronics through ebay (no warranty there either) and haven't had a problem. If I were you I would do a thorough search for complaints against them though. With very few exceptions (J&R, B&H) internet electronics stores in New York City have earned themselves a horrible reputation.
