I'm contemplating one in Sept. The Air Force Marathon (no that doesn't mean it's done in office chairs) but I'll probably stick to the half... I'm really starting to get into Triathlons.

I have never done one and don't plan to. My sister in law used to do them, but she is miserable during training, miserable during the run, happy for about 2.5 seconds when she finishes, then she is miserable again from the horrific pain. I am learning from her experience that it's not worth it.
She also did a 50 mile run once and that was the last of the big runs she said she'll ever do. Nothing more than a 10K now. |
