Yes, eventually, but for right now the only that changed is that folks cant get kicked out.

I believe the military will follow a very conservative route with this, they dont want to piss off congress too much.

They can try whatever path they want, but once conflicts start happening lawsuits will surface and supreme court decisions will most likely determine the chain of events.

I really dont see any lawsuits, but I'll bet a few guys who come out of the closet get their asses kicked, and I bet there will be a ton of girl on girl action

The conflicts I'm referring to are going to be because of denying benefits which will cause lawsuits.

Naw, thats gonna be a few years off. Until gay marriage is federally recognized it wont be a major issue. There might be some lawsuits but nothing will come of it.

These lawsuits are what is going to lead gay marriage being allowed.
