Today I had a good day. Got my quarterly review... 12 hour day... only vomitted twice...

Almost everything I listen to is hate music. I feel much better after an hour or so of it.

Like Mud said though.... Sometimes you just need to break shit.. And capping off 200 rounds at the local gun range isnt a bad idea..

Methinks I wore off on him, I'm like that all the time lately it seems, even my track day didnt seem to totally dispell it...i've gotten in the habit of hiding in my office lest I rip my receptionists throat out...and for anyone thats actually met me, I usually am mellow and totally in control of my agressive tendencies...but lately, if you even look at me funny I feel like jumping all over ya.

Driving fast and working out hard distract me for a lil bit, so does cursing loudly but thats kinda out most of the time...

yeah i agree driving or riding fast and working out save me for killing anyone..

my admin told me today she avoided me yesterday - she stopped in once or twice to see if she could help but otherwise she knew i was in kill mode.. killswitch engaged..

Yeah my office knows pretty much the same thing about me, if that door is closed you are risking your life to knock or open it...

My poor maintenance guys are on eggshells when they come in, they always check first before telling me bad news...never know when I am going to breathe fire...

I try not to ride tho when I am like this, its not really safe...i take risks I really shouldnt...

My response: (used to always be in my head, lately however I tend to verbalize)

"Do i look okay? NO things are NOT fuckin ALRIGHT!! and if I wanted to tell you whats WRONG, i WOULD!!! LEAVE ME THE FUCK ALONE!!!"

I dont know, my skin gets all itchy, my shoulders tighten up and I just want to scream...

I'd love to see that eye twitch...i do the blank stare...or the "if you dont leave now, im not responsible for my actions" often mistaken as the "dont you have somethign you need to be doing" look.
