I am on a slow roll up approach still, not really in training yet. I have started walking during lunch at work. Need to start walk/running at home. I will progress to running a mile and increase that as I go soon. I will probably start doing suicide sprints in the summer. I want to be able to run the Chimney Top trail at a moderate pace in it's entirity by the warrior race.

Define "regular basis"

I usually get a decent run in once a week, with some walking in between days.

Working more on the ruck march for my red card training right now, since it's f'ing cold out and I hate running on a treadmill

I planned on starting back exercising and getting some running in this week, but I have hurt myself yet again and am back on crutches. So, until I can walk again, no running for me. I second the 5 fingers tho, I LOVE mine and they are great for pretty much everything.

5K every morning during warm weather. Ok 5-6 times a week. Reebok Run Tones.

I try to go like the 18 year olds but a 26 minute pace is about all I am good for. I was down to 23 min but could only muster that if I laid off for a couple days for prep and recovery...I think a good time would be 14-18 minutes?

Wilderness firefighting?

I attempted to go through the q course years ago and started to ruck march everywhere, got to the point where I was doing 1x week 6 mile run with a 50lb ruck, 1x week 12 mile/3hr, and 1x week 24 mile/6hr

Then I broke my ankle and that ended that.

Now I generally run between 1 and 3 times a week 2-5 miles. I dont enjoy it unless I do it with other people, I can't just run by myself. I also really like the eliptical machine, it really kicks my ass.

I've hiked chimney top probably 10 years ago. I think running it would be a great accomplishment.

I tweaked my knee the other day doing something stupid. At this point, it is an aggravation. I'm trying not to push it, though.

I ran with some people the other day. It was amazing how much more enjoyable it was

Just got back from about 1.5 miles at lunch

I started running and ended up pregnant. I'm never running again.
