And have you "netted out" the reds and the blacks to find out if it's a net loss or net gain? Whoops, the map won't allow you to do that.

Even if it's a net loss, it's mostly because of Cali's high cost of living.....Not because people don't want to be here anymore.

Yes VA Beach sucks major ass,

hate that place so bad, nothing but a tourist trap and the city is so screwed up with all their laws and rules.

On the other hand I live in one of the bigger counties in Va and have maybe 8,000 people total.
