Pollution experts are usually hazardous waste disposal, and I think if they burn it down he can collect insurance on it. I wonder if the houses around it suddenly went up for sale...or did the insurance policies get bigger?
 Either way...I wanna see this bonfire happen...get on it Arnold!

I wonder if any of the insurance companies are cancelling the policys of the homeowners that live in close proximity of that house ?
 Man that would suck to live right around that guy BUT would suck even more to be the owner that's renting to him !! Humm...we rent a townhouse out to a couple of individuals...wonder what they are up to ?
