no I know... it just made me think about all those people that say that...

wonder how he could loose control so bad that he died... must have hit his head pretty fuck'n hard...

Probably something similar to the guy on the SV that rode straight into a tree. My guess is that this guy hadn't ridden a motorcycle in years, but still had his endorsement and just decided to go buy a Harley. Hopped on and didn't realize that it's not just like riding a bike.

I highly doubt this guy knew what he was doing. I don't think he had ridden before either cus he didnt know any throttle control. Unless he just rode 50's around.

That reminds me about a story I heard in my MSF. My instructor had spent something like 20 years as a county bike sheriff and had to respond to a call about a guy that dropped his bike and according to the witnesses thats basically all he did. He stopped at a light, went to put his foot down, slipped and fell over. Managed to hit his head on a rock hard enough that he died from it.
