You don't need much and I'm sure they'll let you grab a peice out of the garbage. I've done foam before but I felt it killed too much sound.

Here is mine and this was on a very cold and windy day.

When I get my GoPro camera back from warranty (if they fix it) I'll mess with some sound deadening for that camera and let you know. Especially since I hope to use it for my triathlon which will have me on a road bike where you hear all wind clear as day.

You could also try mountain it underneath your tail if you feel the tire won't crush it when it compresses. Or throw on your stock mud flap and have it facing backwards there. That should keep some wind off

Plus did you have the waterproof casing on or not?
I've considered the "MotoGp" angles, clutch lever, rear wheel, etc... BTW you have to have it in the case to mount it. Besides, I'd rather crap hit the case lens than the actual camera lens. I'm thinking about some sound deadening. One interesting thing is that I have the camera set to "low" mic so if I "over deaden" it, I can always increase the gain on the mic.

I would keep it in the case also. I was just curious if you did have it in.

Now it does sound like it's rattling in the case more than the wind. Try throwing a peice of eletrical tape on the inside (not in front of the lense of course) to stop the vibrations.

Nah, that's not it! That thing is locked in solid and under pressure from rubber pieces inside the case. It's definitely the pick up system. I went and bought a high speed SD card today. Hopefully that will fix it, or at least help.

Yea, well I'm not that fast, they just ride more conservatively than I do... The guy on the gold/black GSXR has been bugging me for weeks to go on a ride with me. I've been ducking him like he has herpes but I figured this would be a good opportunity for footage. The other two guys were friends of his.

About 140-150 at points and 60-100 in sweepers. Like I said this never was about how fast I can ride.
