Stole this bad boy off of Craigslist last week, full carbon fiber frame. Much nicer to ride long road rides then my old MTB!
A buddy of mine has a Felt that has a CF frame. I hope you didn't pay what he did for his.... You can buy brand new street motorcycles for cheaper.

Oh hellz no, this is my first roadie, no way I would dump that much on a bike. I spent more on pedals, shoes and spandex then I did on the bike. and it has full Shimano 105 group, which isn't race quality but damn good components. I'll get the scale out tonight and see what it weighs in at fully setup

Shimano 105 is quality stuff, nice CL find!

I literally just got back from picking up a Trek 800 Sport for $40 from CL.

I ride a Trek 1500 roadie, did a 50 mile race with my wife last weekend. I love it man!!

awesome bike! Ditch the spandex and ride in your leather though! You'll for sure sweat off some weight!

Hmmmm....looks a little down in the horsepower department.

I don't get the whole bicycle thing but if that's your gig then good on you!

BTW man, if you're just now getting into roadbikes...BEWARE THE NUMBNESS!!!

I highly recommend the Specialized Avatar gel saddle to save the boys. I was actually considering switching to a recumbent until I switched to the Avatar seat.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind, it has a Selle San Marco Ponza on it which isn't horrible, but could be better. Did alright with my 30 miler yesterday.

Well, I see a whole lot more of the countryside on the roadie, well, not as much acreage, but more appreciation. Kansas rods suck on a bike, especially after coming back from TN.

And if I must say so, my fatt ass generates a pretty good amount of HP

Our local biking/hiking/camping shop had some bikes that were $9K+. An SV costs about the same.
