Most of the people I know who has lived in a townhome or apartment with kids just drops the kids off at a subdivision anyway. There are usually better pickings when dealing with single family homes. That doesn't change the fact that this is ridiculous though and I would still have candy anyway just in case.

It's pretty common around here for them to switch Halloween to the 30th when Halloween is on a Sunday around here. I liked that better cause no school when I was younger and cared about Halloween.

Some cities have been banning over 12 year olds from trick or treating. I can kinda agree with that. Punks should be out getting drunk and causing mayhem, not scaring little old ladies giving out candy to actual kids.

It was incorporated from other things that you can't talk about, to make the thing that you can't talk about more acceptable to people that they wanted to get into the thing that you can't talk about.
