The article, of course, is not detailed enough to make the determination. But the trooper presumably wasn't there, either. Or if bus passengers in Colorado are anything like bus passengers in Toronto, they stepped out from behind the blind side of the bus and into an active traffic lane.

Shit, I'd let the ticket slide in his case. I j walk all the time, but I also make sure my ass won't become road kill. Give the women that wanted to cross there the damn ticket for not looking both ways.

Whenever someone says j walk I always picture little india back in Jersey. I never wanted to peg so many people in my life while driving down that street.. I'm sure there's a few others here that share my anger.
