The world isn't binary. If you're cool with face planting a girl on concrete after pepper spraying her and draggin her around by her belt, that's your thing.

She wasn't doing a damn thing but trying to keep her balance while he yanked her blinded ass around by her belt; sure as hell wasn't resisting. Unless you're saying she pushed him earlier so she had it coming later when she was incapacitated?

I have no problem with all the force up to when he dropped her on her face. Though, I don't know how he would have put her gently down on her face from the back of her belt...

What about the use of the baton when they weren't attacking the person or resisting? They followed verbal commands, and then the beating started.

It would suck being a cop, you have to ask people nicely if they will get down gently and let you handcuff them and take them to jail. God forbid you have to force them to do with without a lawsuit.
