I figure I'm the one scrubbing that toilet seat (thank gawd my hubby has good aim) and the entire rest of the bathroom, he can darn well put the seat down for me. I dont however say anything about it, unless I have indeed had an incident.

I think toilet seats should come a foot controller that a man could just step on, lifts the seat, then steps off and lowers the seat. Problem solved.

I believe it is a control thing with women.

When badgered to put the seat down, I make sure I do. But I also close the lid. Then they still have to operate something in order to pee, but can't say shit.

Falling in Sucks. That is all I have to say. My parents have a cool toilet that you just flick the seat and it gently lowers itself. Kinda nice actually.
