There are many types of Sake and different ways it is served.
I'm all about hot sake, but lack the attention span to remember the types consumed.

Actually I had a good cold sake with sushi a few weeks ago, but also cannot remember the name.

Yep. It's like trying a can of Budweiser and swearing off all beers (understandable as it may be).

I think the idea behind a good sake is you can't remember the type the next day.
