that';s why you keep yoyo'ing. It shouldn';t be a diet, but a life change.

Simple really.

Eat clean, unprocessed food. and exercise. Lift weight. Just incorporate that into your life.

This whole " i'm gonna start AFTER such and such" usually sets you up for failure.

How short are you. I remember when I was 145, I was like a stick.

I wrestled 145 and 140 my senior year of high school. Dropped to 140 when we got the 2 lb weight allowance mid way through the season. I was skinny as shit and well below my natural weight.

I did a few months at a rehabilitation clinic, but I've slacked on the exercises I'm supposed to do at home. Feeling like a cripple has sapped my motivation for just about everything. That's why it's time to turn things around... tired of feeling like crap.

I'm not losing weight to benefit the knee. I'm losing weight because I've never been that small as an adult and I want to see what it's like. Even when I was 155 this summer, it was a post-injury, atrophied 155.

It would be easier for me to firm up at my current weight or even bulk up further, but I've done that before. And I'm married; I don't need to impress anyone.

It's secondary to making weight, but I think I can maintain most of my strength. If I make it, I'll lose a good bit of muscle in the cut; just means I'll have to improve the quality of the muscle I'm left with.
