I'm a little disappointed. I post a thread about both protein AND include words like "fire up" and "magic bullet" and all I get is this..."must resist it's Kell" crap?

You guys have gone soft on me!

Ok I have a question. I got the big V done a while back, and I've been shooting blanks ever since. I know it would still roll off your face just the same but does it still taste as good?

Ok I have no idea about the protein shakes as a single source. I use them and the protein bars as a supplement, when I know I haven't been eating right. I also try to supplement with peanuts, peanut butter, and chicken...

Yes it's OK to use protein powder, I use it all the time, but it should never be used for ALL of your protein.

Personally I feel that whey protein is best-suited for post-workout drinks for bodybuilders, because it digests very quickly to support muscle growth. Too quickly, in fact, for general purpose meals. For everyone else who just wants a powder for "general use", they should buy a blended powder of not just whey but also milk, egg, and soy protein, because those proteins take longer to digest.
