If you are anywhere in Europe, you should have a fine chance. Sweden is actually the biggest importers of Cubans. However I gotta warn you, wherever there's real cubans, there's plenty of knockoff imitations too. Make sure you visit a reputable cigar shop, if you see the Cuban boxes, make sure there's an authentic hologram seal of legitimacy(seen several in Mexico that wouldn't even pass for fakes they were so bad) other than that, they'll most likely carry a very big price tag as well. Good luck and enjoy!
yeah, I'm in Kosovo, there are a few cigar buffs here, so they are on the lookout. Best place to pick 'em up is Film City (aka Pristina).
Heard rumor they are 60-80 euro.

Told 'em if they find some to pick 'em up. They know better than I do, and pretty sure this will be the only "legal" chance I'll get.

Yikes that's on the super high end. In Mexico I was able to swindle them for around $20usd a stick, but those were basic Cohiba churchills. Generally they vary from around 15-50 a piece, depending on the range/age of tobacco's used.

I would use this as kind of a guide... www.topcubans.com In fact, since you're over there, you might try ordering some since you won't have to worry about customs catching the labels and destroying them.

*crap all this talk about cigars makes me want one, but I can't justify numb hands and smoking in 40deg crap weather.

The cold & wet not only makes you feel like crap, but I find the taste doesn't develop as well when it's too chilly. (not unlike good liquor)

When I was in Germany (granted, that was in 2000) I could get Cohiba's for $5-6 US apiece at a tobacco shop in Kaiserslautern. I've never been a big cigar fan but those sure were good!

Oh, well consider that on the cheap! A good box of cigars here can range anywhere from $100-200.

Used to be big on them, partial to the Kuba Kuba, but now I really like the Java blends.

Hye Tye....Daniel gave me a list of accesories he need so I might hit you up for suggestions.

I know of Heros and Legends in the Arboretum....should I go there or look online for a jet lighter, a nice cutter and a hydrometer(analog or digital)??
