What's odd is that it'll snow north of the Mohawk River and be clear as a freakin bell south of it in Albany...WTF? On the west side going across I-90w, the toll booth at I-88 seems to be the "snow line"...I used to leave a perfectly clear Albany airport area after work and see 5" of snow on the ground starting at the toll booth when we lived in Delanson. At least I could always look forward to clearer weather as I got closer to work...lol
WHY did we move up here again??? Ah well...I guess it beats 100+ degrees and 80% humidity for a month at a time back home... Sucks about the BRP...great road.

Here are a few pics. The second group is what we are sending out to news agencies. I'll try to get some more up soon but it's snowing right now and we are trying to get people off the road. It's now closed from HWY 19 in Maggie Valley to HWY 215. We are going out in about 5 minutes to get people off the section from HWY 215 to Mount Pisgah so we can get that closed before somebody goes over the edge. FUN FUN FUN day!

The Parkway is now open @ 151, you can go south to Pisgah. (closed between 151 and191)
Right now it's closed from HWY 276 to HWY 23/74 due to snow and ice. It's suppost to warm up today but it might be a couple of days before it all melts off. Trip if your friends need a good detour route PM me and I'll scan you a marked map.
