Fuck that lol. NEVER compare TX with OK and LA. I lived in Houston when Katrina came through and shit got a lot worse with all the people flocking over. Crime rate almost tripled. And OK can go to hell.

As far as the whole 'what if it was your loved one' thing. Yes, accidents do happen and innocent people end up on death row, but you have to remember that this is a VERY small percentage. Most families of inmates on DR claim that they could have NEVER done this and they are innocent. Doesn't matter if the person made a tape of himself killing someone the families will still cry foul. As for the actually innocent ones they should take comfort in knowing that once they are executed and it is discovered they were innocent there families will be well taken care of

P.S. Don't include Dallas in that very low percentage of innocent people in jail thing since we all know the labs there can barely spell DNA let alone process it right.
