DC or the Cape.

If you want the natural home for it, it's defintiely the Cape. Houston is not even a close second for that. The Cape is by far the natural home of the shuttle.

dc and the cape are geting one ea. #3 is going to someplace in ca where they were built.

The Smithsonian has a mock shuttle now. NY can have that. They can hang it from the Rockefeller tree next year.

IF DC/Cape/Cali is getting one. I don't really know where the 4th belongs. Not Houston or NY though. Maybe some small town that could use it to make some tourist money that has importance to the shuttle program.
