I'd give it to my best friend....he likes venison steaks/roasts/jerky and all that. Me? Not so much.

My Mom raises cattle and I'm spoiled to having fresh beef whenever I want it.

I've a friend in Newfoundland who's been making moose jerky all week....he and his old man took a moose this season and have been working hard to get it all processed. Sounds kinda gamey and nasty....they have some dodgy receipes for seal flipper too...the pics he sent of THAT didn't look all that tasty either.

moose in NF are like water in the ocean. Its tasty as hell though. Much better then deer.
