Personally I would have flamed him for not having rode it into work (thus having it ready to take that ass whupin) and for not being a true rider. But you kinda got your point across about that one.

Most everybody knows somebody that has died in a bike crash. Y a stranger feels the need to tell you about it is beyond me.

Most times I just ignore them. Sometimes I just reply "that sux". Other times when I have too engage in a conversation. I use the you should watch out for bikes line.
