Um yea... I have a lot of shit on my bike and I have replaced components for "whimsical" reasons... Geez, he even keeps track of tires... I started to do this but I have no fucking idea!

I keep track of every expense on my bikes, not just modifications. but I'm like that. plus its nice to have a log of what I've spent over time on the bike, and have it for if I sell it to give an idea what I've done.

3 oil filters $15 (estimate, I don't remember)

So another $727 in maint. costs

Lic $50
Ins $564

Total cost of ownership (less fuel and traffic awards) to date. $13988

Which comes out to $1.61 a mile for what I have on it.

Each one of our vehicles has a spreadsheet with $$$, dates, miles, etc. Mark and I even each have a gear spreadsheet attached to our respective bike's sheet.
