Oh btw trip is right, it just doesn't work as well as my Garmin does when there no service... It also picked a route that was 7 miles longer (80 mile trip) than the Garmin...not sure why. Recording the route is pretty cool though. I guess I'll stick to the Garmin for day to day and keep the Nexus as a back up or to look for stores, much better than the Garmin in this respect.

Yes I am! Don't get me wrong, there are 20+ map apps and I only tried 2 so I'm no expert...there is talk of a couple googlemaps updates soon anyway...btw, you may want to wait for the HTC Desire/Bravo which is the Nexus One with HTC Sense and a few other goodies, like HD video, thrown in.
