I didn't like Anna Kournikova for her ability on the tennis court either.

Don't know about her personality, but yeah as far as looks go, I'd agree with "borderline" , decent but not "classically" beautiful or whatever the phrase is

I realize there's nicer photos of her, but any girl looks better after a lot of time put into makeup, hairstyling, studio lighting, Photoshop, etc

No, she's pretty, and she races cars. Put those two together and you sell alot of advertisement dollars because her name will sell. Anyone ver heard of Helio Castroneves? He did better than her in Indycar
