I remembered something about them serving proudly in the military, but didn't think it was in combat positions. Oh well, I just know they are very proud Americans and definitely don't deserve the shit they get for looking Muslim.

Sikhs are not only known for military service, they are known for being among the most fierce of fighters when push comes to shove. They carry much the same reputation for bravery in battle that the Scots do. In fact the Kirpan (dagger) is meant to remind them of their duty to protect the weak and struggle against injustice.
