When is everyone planning on arriving and leaving? I can head out friday morning or possibly thursday if people are heading out early. I am goin gto leave sun afternoon because I am going to schedule a track day at njmp on monday.

For the rooms if you call the cross keys we should tell them we are part of the TWF crew that way they put us all near one another. I will call tomorrow or fri to book my room, they have my info on file from all the CF rallies I had been to so I can just put my room on my cc that way its one less hassle for everyone.

Now whats the beer situation, I can get kegs of prety much whatever beer at a very good price but would need to know in a week or so so I can order them. Also how many people and whos drinking so I have an idea of how much to get. I can also bring an ez up and a few chairs so we can set up out back.

Could also be a good idea to put all the most uptodate details on the first post so everyone can easily see whats going on instead of sifting through all the pages here.

As of now I am looking at leaving NY early friday. Not sure if the my better half can get thurs off so I may just work a day shift anyway. I am just about 3 hrs away so i can get there prety quickly.

Looks like the group rate per room, per night is $74.12. Includes a full breakfast (not just continental bagels and OJ) So that's $37 per person per night. Anybody care to say what you paid before?

I think for the rally it was somewhere around there, maybe a few dollars more if I remember correctly, but the breakfast vouchers are nice and they have good food in the restaurant there.
