We just got an informational briefing to try to quash some rumors.
It put some truth to some of the rumors, and killed bits and pieces of others.
Regardless, there will be more/new rumors started tomorrow!

My "busyness" at work from this point on will consist mostly of PT. Workouts 9 times a week from here on out.
Our 1SG decided that anyone that failed the running event in a PT test since we got here must join his running group 3 days a week... at 1600.
Never mind the fact that my test was NOT for record, and I had no intention of passing, I was setting a pace for my guys (they are older, and have more time than me to pass), and yet still only missed it by 3 seconds.
If I would have known he was going to pull this bullshit I would have sprinted the last 50 yards and passed. Stupid ass leadership.

SO, I figure fuck them. They want to make a mandatory run group... fine, I'll play along, but I'm not giving up my normal PT schedule. Doesn't bother me to be out of the office more than I'm in it.
