Shit sucks, and cause its a bank deal I don't get a certain time to move out, its just a chance it don't sell tomorrow and we don't have to move in 24 hours

Start checking state, and local laws, you can probably buy yourself 3 to 6 months if you can prove that you are currently living there. But without a lease you sound pretty fucked.
If the sale goes through it will probably be a week to 2 months before the new owner is ready to take over the property, pretty sure they cant kick you out right away, but depending on your local laws they might not have to give you much notice at all

Yeah Ive heard that renters get 30 days to move in this situation, but I dont know if that applies when you dont have a contract.
