I listen to a lot of different thinks. Hip hop, R&B, some Blues and even some Rock. I even get fired up to slow dirty R&B.

If you seen any of my Facebook videos you would hear Jimi Hendrix one minute, Jodeci another, then maybe Jay Z, BB King, Stevie Ray Vaughn and so on.

Not everyone can workout to some of the music that I can work out to.

This is why I don't listen to music when I run. But the main reason is because I run the road and I want to be able to hear a car coming. And because I compete in races that they are not allowed, so I just don't get into that habit.
