If enough shit is blocked out, the internet becomes one boring place full of educational bullshit that only a kid, or someone trying to be productive would find useful. Online games? blocked. Pr0n? blocked. TWFix? blocked. YouTube? blocked. Seriously, our government is itching to censor shit, shouldn't be too much of a stretch to think that they'd censor internet service that they provide.

I still think the first step to all of this is drug testing... drug testing for all public assistance.

I don't agree.

A phone is much more of a necessity and that isn't provided, why should internet be?

We have government funded job search sites here. You can make,fax, and email resumes all without getting your ass out of a chair. They should at least have to leave their houses to "look" for a job.
