I said the same thing, I took a bigger hit financialy than expected withthe closing costs but we will be fine next month, and not to worry firing up the brewery is near the top of the list

we have a bbq with a gas line directly from the house so I am going ot see about tapping into thawt for my burner hopefully.

That and massive planning for what my mancave will become.

real question is how many bikes fit in your drive and garage? how many tents in yard or bodies on couches?
