I am looking at various places in their area for lessons. I think I'm going with a simple setup and some lessons. I think if he just gets something to play he won't pursue it farther.

I have a new fender starter kit thats collecting dust if you wanna make a deal. If hes already into video games then yheres a good chance hell play with this for a week and then itll sit in his closet.
