The 13 yo kid did testify, at his last trial. It wasnt his choice to take the money, it was his parents. He paid him off because he was guilty.

I'll go ahead and be the ass that says I never really believed Michael sexually molested any children and that's the real reason the 93 victim never would testify against him. Like I said earlier, if I was insanely rich and wrongly accused of child molestation I would probably try to buy my way out of it too because you're likely going to lose in front of a jury if there's a crying kid on the stand, innocent or not.

I was talking about this to someone last night. If he really did do anything to those kids then the parents need to be beat with a bat. By taking the money they leave him free to do it again. If he didn't do anything then they screwed someones life for some cash.

If someone touched my kids I wouldn't let them off for any amount of money.

Now on to Elvis. I don't think sleeping with a 14 year old at 24 was ok even back then. I know in the movie about Jerry Lewis he took a lot of heat for his young wife.

He didnt take so much heat over her age I think, it was more over her being his first cousin.. And she was underage at the time... 14 was the legal age of consent then (just read about it)
