Actually if it was a "Florida" story then there would be the mispelling along with some crazy fucked up cicumstance behind it. Such as...

"Today in __________, Florida a man died when his brother accidently tested a running 2stroke chainsaw on his leg to see if it was plugged in. The brother then dialed 411 for Nine One One's number but in the confusion was dispatched to 811 (call before you dig) by the 411 operater who then transfered the call to Pizza Hut who then transfered the man to 911. Police and Ambulances arrived 4 hours later because they were busy with chasing an uninsured gixxer for doing a wheelie on I-75. The man died from blood loss"
