I would like to think myself a manly man capable of, well, you know anytime anywhere, but after my wife decided we needed another child 2 years ago, hitting 24 straight ovulations with a carpet bombing of baby batter...

I think maybe 150 times in a year might be extreme. Perhaps if it was with a different person or a 4-5 woman rotation you could keep it fresh but I only know so many positions...
