The comments say it all...An IQ avg. of around 80.

What are cops to do with these crowds? Most probably have felonies or misdemeanors, so it isn't like they care if they get arrested. What the judges SHOULD do it simply fine these people by taking away they vehicles for payment. Or better yet community service picking up trash on the side of the road.

Or better yet, allow them to do it again... but this time on each roof top of each building along the highway. A sniper team. A helicopper above keeping score. Swat team vs swat team, marine vs army, etc. It would be EPIC!
