It helps your sinuses, getting rid of congestion and post-nasal drip. I can say that since I breathe better I sleep better, and there isn't a bunch of crap draining into my throat and lungs. I don't get the sore throats and cough up weird shit like I used to, but I don't think it'll help your lung function in that way.

It's the instructions the sinus doctor gave me and it seems to work well.

The vinegar soothes your throat when you have a lot of drainage.

AMJ helped me out by installing a sump pump during the last big rain, and now my drainage is much better, thanks.

Here's vinegar up yer nose.

I don't put vinegar up my nose. I only put a little salt and a pinch of baking soda in some warm water for my nose.

I gargle with salt, vinegar, and warm water.

Ain't no way in hell I would put vinegar up my nose, that shit would hurt.
