Right, I agree. Going from a 600 to a 1000 is going to be a big enough jump, so before I decide definitively on one bike over another, I want to see what that next leap from 1000 to 1300 cc's will be.

The insurance on my blast was 156 a year for liability with Shelter ins, but all of my family's vehicles were on that plan. When I got the R1, only a few different companies in town would insure it at all, with one 26 in a 25 ticket on my record. The lowest price I could find was for 550 dollars a year for liability.

I pay $480/year for my 750, full coverage with a $500 deductible. Liberty Mutual.
