Well, yeah....just look up how things are going in Portugal. Use/abuse is down.

Chicken littles everywhere said use would skyrocket. They decriminalized ALL drugs, and guess what? It didn't. It got better. No war on drugs. No war on mothers and fathers, sons and daughters. No families ruined, with people in jail for victimless crimes...nope. No doors kicked in, dogs shot, people shot. None of that. Things just got better.

But lawmakers here insist it's a fluke...

They can legalize MJ for medical use, even for recreational use, and it will have zero effect on the war on drugs. There would still be plenty of other drugs to make war on.
