Great write-up! Those pictures were fabulous.... brought up memories of riding with the ol' boyfriend on his '95 BMW Paris to Dakkar (I don't know the model number so I always went with that decsription, looks just like the one your friend has ) We would load that thing up for camping out in the woods in Kodiak, AK. I used a thick piece of foam for my seat and the sleeping bag wrapped around the back for an arm rest. It was so comfy I would fall asleep. Ah, those were the days...

One of our LT's made a comment. If that little fucker sees his shadow, it will mean 6 more months of deployment. Lets bomb the shit out of him before he has a chance!

Guess he was a little slow. 6 more months it is.
