thank you all for the kind words! yes, after hours of tough labor the head seemed just too big, and was actually partially stuck in the pelvis, so we had to c-section. So that I am sure helped in the cuteness factor, we were surprised too. She is also about 15 hours old in this pic, so the initial puffy-ness has warned off. thanks again.
